I just got mine. It set up fine. Made long distance calls about (120 miles) & it sounds local. Phone worked fine. Could not get Head Set to work. But in hindsight, maybe it needs to be set it up. And I need to work on setting up the Greeting, also. Still learning. so far it's good.

Update!. I've had Great Experiences & Terrible Experiences with Majic Jack. On Toll Free Calls, often people can't hear me &/or they offer to call me back because the connection is so bad b/c I can only hear every 5th or 10th syllable that a person says, & it won't allow me to call some Cell # either. I can call most long distance Landlind # but if you talk for hrs. it'll cut you off. It's frustrating but it still helps me save from using Cell time,etc do I'll probably renew in 1 yr

Been dealing with their Tech Support for 2 months and they could not solve the problem, my issue was i cannot call some area in Canada, they claimed from their ads and website that ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS PICK UP YOUR PHONE AND DIAL...WELL THATS A LIE, so please be carefull. Also if your computer is connected to a network, hone or office then most likely you will have a problem, also if you have a Firewall then that is another problem, DO NOT BUY!
