Thanks Phyllis! I don't understand why YT don't have a customer relations department that keeps everyone up to date on their changes. After all, most people are not on YT to see the paid promotions and paid subscriptions that are posted here. It is the common folks who post that drives people to this site. Thanks Phyllis! I don't know why YT don't have a public relations dept. that keeps people up to date on what they are doing. But they can't even get their email program program fixed, can they? Since Google bought into YT, there has been nothing but problems and un-needed changes. And try to contact YT? Good Luck, cause you get Google and are told that there is on extension or contact for YT. We are seeing New-Age management at work, what a joke! THANKS PHYLLIS, C.W.
